Coverage
Distributed delivery only works if the overlap is designed rather than hoped for.
Engagement teams are staffed to overlap at least four hours with your working day, wherever you are based.
Systems under a support agreement are covered around the clock by a staffed rotation, not an answering service.
Discovery workshops, cutover weekends, and go-live support happen in person. Travel is included in the engagement cost.
Where regulation requires it, delivery and data handling are arranged to keep information inside the required jurisdiction.
Timezones
Agreed at kickoff and written into the engagement, rather than assumed and discovered in month two.

Questions
It is agreed at kickoff and written into the engagement rather than assumed. For European clients that is typically four to five hours of genuine overlap; for the Americas we either run a shifted team or design the work so that handover is asynchronous by default. What we will not do is promise full overlap and quietly deliver two hours of it.
Yes, and in some regulated sectors the engagement requires it. On-site time is scoped and costed explicitly at proposal stage rather than added later, and for distant regions we plan it in blocks rather than as frequent short trips.
For retainers with a 24/7 SLA, a rota'd on-call engineer with a documented escalation path — not a shared mailbox monitored during Indian office hours. For project engagements without a support SLA, out-of-hours coverage is limited to planned events like cutovers, which are staffed deliberately.
Tell us where you are and we will arrange it — for anything substantial, the first workshop is usually on-site.
