1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms under which we deliver services — those live in the engagement contract signed by both parties, and that contract takes precedence over anything on this site if the two ever disagree.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Site content is not an offer

Descriptions of services, statistics, indicative timelines, and case study outcomes on this site are illustrative. They describe work we have done, not a commitment about what we will achieve for you. Nothing here constitutes a contractual offer or a warranty of any particular result.

Figures attributed to past engagements are measured against that client's baseline. Your circumstances will differ.

3. Acceptable use

You may use this site for legitimate business purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated means to extract content at a volume that degrades the service for others.
• Submit false information, or submit another person's personal data through our forms without their knowledge.
• Use the site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or malicious material.

4. Security research

Good-faith security research on systems we operate is welcome and will not attract legal action from us, provided you do not access, modify, or destroy data belonging to others, do not degrade the service, and report findings to us before disclosing them publicly.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this website belong to Sadhyata Consultancy Limited or our licensors. You may quote from it with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name and marks in a way that implies a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Liability

The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on website content, from any interruption to the site, or from third-party resources linked from it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Our liability under engagement contracts is governed by those contracts, not by this page.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
