Programme tracks

Six ways to work together

Pick the track that matches how you already operate. Organisations regularly sit in two.

Technology partners

Software and infrastructure vendors whose products we implement. Joint architecture, certified engineers, and co-delivered proofs of concept.

  • Certified engineering bench
  • Joint reference architectures
  • Co-delivered pilots

Delivery partners

Consultancies and system integrators who need specialist capacity — cloud, data, or security — inside their own engagements, under their brand.

  • White-label delivery
  • Named specialist pods
  • Your methodology

Referral partners

Advisors and independents who come across work outside their scope. Straightforward referral terms, paid on invoice rather than on close.

  • Transparent referral fee
  • No exclusivity required
  • Paid on client invoice

Reseller partners

Resellers bundling implementation and managed services alongside licences, with margin protection through registered opportunities.

  • Deal registration
  • Margin protection
  • Pre-sales support

Startup programme

Discounted engineering capacity and architecture review for early-stage companies, in exchange for a case study if it goes well.

  • Reduced day rates
  • Architecture review
  • Case study in lieu

Assurance partners

Auditors and assessors who need independent technical evidence. We provide the artefacts; we do not sign off our own work.

  • Independent evidence
  • Clear scope boundaries
  • No self-certification

Tiers

Three tiers, earned rather than bought

Progression is based on certification and delivered work, not on an annual fee.

  1. 01

    Registered

    Entry tier

Deal registration, access to the partner portal, and sales enablement material. No revenue commitment and no annual fee.

  2. 02

    Certified

Two certified engineers, one joint delivery

Adds co-marketing support, joint architecture sessions, and priority pre-sales assistance on registered opportunities.

  3. 03

    Strategic

    Sustained joint delivery

A named partner manager, joint account planning, early access to reference architectures, and co-investment in proofs of concept.

What you get

Enablement

Certification paths, technical workshops, and access to our internal reference architectures.

Deal registration

Registered within 48 hours, with margin protection for the registration period.

Named contact

A real person at Certified tier and above, not a shared partner mailbox.

Commercial models

Two ways the money works

Pick the one that matches your appetite for upfront risk. Partners regularly start on revenue share and move to licence once volume is predictable.

Established partners

Licence and maintenance

On request

Setup fee plus a fixed monthly licence

Predictable cost for established partners with steady volume. You own the client relationship; we handle infrastructure, updates and compliance.

  • Partner owns the client relationship and pricing
  • Infrastructure, updates and compliance included
  • Cost fixed for the contract term
  • Best once volume is predictable
New entrants

Revenue share

On request

No setup fee — a share of revenue

No upfront risk for new entrants and resellers building a book of business. We grow when you grow, for the life of the account.

  • No upfront investment required
  • Aligned incentives on renewal and expansion
  • Ideal while volume is still uncertain
  • Convert to licence when it makes sense

Both directions

What we expect, and what you should expect back

Channel conflict

A written rule, not a case-by-case decision

The question every serious partner asks first. Registered opportunities are protected for the registration period, and our direct sales team can see the registration before they can see the account. Where a genuine conflict predates a registration, we disclose it rather than compete quietly.

  • Registration visible to our direct team before they engage
  • Pre-existing relationships disclosed at registration, not afterwards
  • Disputes escalated to a partner-team decision within five days
  • The rule is the same at every tier

What we expect

Certification and delivered work, not an annual fee

Tier progression is earned. We would rather have twenty partners who can genuinely deliver than two hundred logos on a page, so the bar is capability you can demonstrate and engagements you have actually shipped.

  • A minimum number of certified engineers per tier
  • Delivered engagements referenced by the end client
  • Quality bar applied to partner-delivered work
  • Tier reviewed annually, both directions

What you get back

Commitments with a name and a response time

Every entitlement in the tier table has an owner and a published response time. A partner programme whose benefits are aspirational is a marketing page, and partners work out which one they are dealing with inside a quarter.

  • Response times published rather than promised informally
  • Named contact from Certified tier upward
  • Escalation path that reaches a partner, not a queue
  • Roadmap briefings under NDA so you can plan

Questions

What partners ask before applying

Particularly the channel-conflict one, which is the question we would lead with.

The programme

How do you handle channel conflict?

Registered opportunities are protected for the registration period, and the registration is visible to our direct team before they can engage the account. Where we already have a relationship that predates your registration, we tell you at registration rather than competing quietly. Disputes go to the partner team and get a decision within five business days.

Is there a fee to join?

No. Tiers are earned through certification and delivered work rather than bought, which is deliberate — a programme funded by joining fees optimises for the number of partners rather than their capability, and the end client is the one who pays for that.

Can we white-label the products?

From Certified tier for a single product, and across the full platform stack at Strategic tier. Commercials are quoted against your vertical and expected volume rather than listed, because a figure only means something once we know what you are deploying and to how many end clients.

Working together

How long does an application take?

Applications are read by the partner team rather than a form handler, and you should expect a reply within two business days. From there it is usually one call to establish fit and a second to agree the track and the first registration. Certification runs in parallel rather than blocking the start.

Do you take partners in every country?

We work with partners across twelve countries, but we will decline where we cannot support you properly — that usually means a timezone or a language we cannot staff for pre-sales. Saying no is better than signing a partner we will disappoint in the first quarter.

What happens if a partner-delivered project goes wrong?

We step in. Partner-delivered work carries the same quality bar as our own, and where an end client is at risk we would rather help recover the engagement than defend a contractual boundary. That has cost us money and it is the reason the programme has partners who stay.

Tell us what you would bring.

Applications are read by the partner team, not a form handler. Expect a reply within two business days.
